If your account is suspended pending an investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets until the investigation is complete. 889bet will aim to complete all investigations within 14 days and will communicate the outcome to the player via the email address registered on the account.

• If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
• If an account is closed at the player's own request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification.
• Bonus balances are not returned upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
